How to Know King Jesus

The Bible Says This:

(Romans 10:9-10) "That if thou shalt confess with thy mouth the Lord Jesus, and shalt believe in thine heart that God hath raised him from the dead, thou shalt be saved. For with the heart man believeth unto righteousness; and with the mouth confession is made unto salvation." (KJV)

You must believe in Him as a child believes in the firefighter who carries her out of a burning house. You must trust him unconditionally and place your life in his hands.

The ABC's of Salvation:

A. Admit you have sinned. "If we say that we have no sin, we deceive ourselves, and the truth is not in us." I John 1:8

B. Believe in Jesus. "For God so loved the world, that he gave his only begotten Son, that whosoever believeth in him should not perish, but have everlasting life." John 3:16

C. Confess and forsake your sin. "If we confess our sins, he is faithful and just to forgive us our sins, and to cleanse us from all unrighteousness." I John 1:9

The Decision is Yours:

Do you want God to change your life for the better?

Jesus said: "Behold, I stand at the door and knock, if any man (or woman) hears my voice and opens the door, I will come in to him." Revelation 3:20

When Jesus comes in, there is a change. The Bible calls it being "born again". That phrase describes it perfectly, as anyone who has experienced this transformation will testify. When God comes in, you won't even want to live the life you did before.

If you are ready to receive God's salvation then pray this prayer, that's right, right where you are.

Pray:

"Oh God. I know that without Jesus I'm lost. Without Jesus in my life, I'll die and go straight to hell, but oh God, I don't want to be lost. I don't want to die and go to hell. I want to be saved. I want to go to heaven. I repent of my sins and turn away from my old life and I turn to you, Jesus. Save me and be the Lord of my life. Come into my heart, Lord Jesus. Save me and fill me with Your Holy Spirit. I believe You are the Son of God. I believe you died for me and God raised you from the dead. By faith, I will trust in you alone as my Savior. I will live my life for You. Amen.
